Terms of Service

Effective August 6, 2026

These terms cover Channel Analytics, a private tool Steady Matter uses to retrieve read-only performance data from accounts it owns or manages.

Authorized use

The tool may be connected only to an account by someone authorized to grant access to that account. It may not be used to access another person's account or data without permission.

Platform rules

Use of the tool remains subject to the applicable TikTok, Google, and YouTube terms and policies. Platform access may stop if a platform changes its API, revokes authorization, or limits the available data.

Read-only operation

Channel Analytics is designed to read analytics and public-video information. It does not upload, publish, schedule, edit, or delete content.

Availability

The tool is provided as available, without a promise that every metric will always be present or current. Platform processing delays and API outages may affect reports.

Access and termination

The account holder may revoke access at any time through the relevant platform settings. Steady Matter may also disconnect an account or stop operating the tool.
